WHY ARE THESE BOOTH FEES HIGHER THAN YOUR OTHER SHOWS?
The WCC x OL Marketplace booth fees reflect both the cost of operating the marketplace and the potential revenue for the vendors. The marketplace is located in the middle of the highly-trafficked Polo Field, facing the Main Stage, and is limited to no more than 50 booth spaces. Vendors will be in front of over 200,000 attendees over the festival’s three days.

In addition, with an 8’x8’ booth fee, vendors receive (3) three-day working passes to Outside Lands, a $1185 value. With a shared 8’x8’ booth fee, vendors receive (2) three-day working passes, a $790 value. All vendors will receive one parking pass.

Some applicants may qualify for a WCC x OL Scholarship. See more information on this program below.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?
In an effort to provide and maintain a safe and healthy workplace and safeguard the health and well-being of all staff and their families, as well as artists and fans, a COVID-19 vaccination will be required to participate as a vendor in this year’s Outside Lands festival.

Before reporting to the marketplace, all vendors must either (a) establish that they have received a COVID-19 vaccine and are fully vaccinated*; or (b) obtain an approved exemption for medical or religious reasons** as an accommodation from West Coast Craft. Vendors who do not fulfill one of these two requirements will not be eligible to work the event.

*People are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

**OSL Guide, LLC, while requiring an FDA-approved vaccination against Covid-19 infection, does not discriminate against or harass employees or job applicants on the basis of a protected characteristic, provides reasonable accommodations related to disability or sincerely-held religious beliefs or practices, and does not retaliate against anyone for engaging in protected activity such as requesting a reasonable accommodation.

The health and safety of the Outside Lands, West Coast Craft, and San Francisco communities remains our top priority. Outside Lands is working closely with local and state officials to create the safest festival experience possible. Head here to read more about health and safety at Outside Lands.
