The WCC Market is a monthly, single-day, outdoor market that brings together over 60 of the best artist and designer craftspeople in the Bay Area at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS FOR APPLICANTS:
Due to restrictions put into place by the Parks Department, the market is currently open only to vendors from the Bay Area, specifically those in San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, Napa, and Solano Counties. This will change as restrictions are lifted.

Prepared food and beverage vendors are not permitted at this time. Packaged food vendors can participate but cannot offer samples at the market.

WHAT ARE THE BOOTH SPACE SIZES & COSTS?
Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and cost $175. There is no application fee.

You are required to bring your own weighted tents, tables, and chairs.

For COVID-19 safety, booths must be set up in a farmers’ market style with tables, shelves, and/or rolling racks facing out.  

If accepted, you will be invoiced for your booth fee. Payment is required within 24 hours of your acceptance.

HOW SOON AFTER I APPLY WILL I KNOW IF I’VE BEEN ACCEPTED?
You will hear within 10 days of applying as to the status of your application. Applications are rolling, so apply early for your best chance!

Your chances of being accepted are higher if you apply for both November and December markets.


WHEN DOES VENDOR SETUP & BREAKDOWN OCCUR?
Setup will take place the day of the market from 7am to 10am. Breakdown will take place from 4pm to 6pm after the market has closed. 
CAN I SHARE A BOOTH?
No. Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, vendors cannot share booths at the WCC Market.
WILL THERE BE SPACE BETWEEN EACH VENDOR BOOTH?
Yes. Due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, there will be 10’ of open space between each vendor booth. 
DO I NEED TO HAVE A WEBSITE FOR MY WORK?
Yes, applicants are required to have a website that accurately reflects the work they intend to show at the WCC Market. 
WHAT DOES THE JURY LOOK FOR IN APPLICATIONS?
The jury considers many things when discussing applications: technique, skill level, use of material, branding, website design, and price point. WCC looks for ethical practices in every stage of the design and production of all work and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive roster of vendors.





WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?
At West Coast Craft, the safety of our vendors, attendees, and staff is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation via trusted public health sources including the Centers for Disease Control, the California Department of Public Health, and the San Francisco Public Health Department. We are excited for you to join us at the WCC Market, and we are implementing the following best practices to make sure the event is as safe as possible for everyone.

VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO:
  • Wear masks at all times
  • Set up their booths in a farmers’ market style with tables, shelves, and/or rolling racks facing out  
  • Wipe down surfaces hourly with disinfecting wipes
  • Maintain 6’ distance from other vendors and attendees
  • Stay home if they are sick or are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19
  • Limit the number of staff in their booth to 2 people, including themselves
  • Use touchless payment methods and not accept cash
  • Be a resident of a Bay Area county

ATTENDEES ARE REQUIRED TO:
  • Wear masks at all times
  • Wait in a designated line with clearly marked social distancing guides in order to enter the market
  • Stay 6’ away from any person outside of their own group
  • Limit touching items for sale
  • Not eat or drink within the marketplace area
  • Stay home if they are sick or are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19

THE WCC TEAM WILL:
  • Wear face masks at all times
  • Will ensure that vendors and attendees follow safety guidelines
  • Will space vendor booths 10’ apart to allow for social distancing
  • Limit attendee capacity by cordoning off the marketplace area with barriers, staffing the single entrance and exit to the market, and strictly monitoring the number of attendees entering and leaving the marketplace
  • Place free-standing hand sanitizing stations throughout the market
  • Create two-way directional aisles, with each aisle being 10’ wide
  • Exclude all and any staff who is sick or exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19
  • Place signage at the entrance of the market as well as throughout market itself reminding all employees, vendors, and attendees to wear a mask, remain 6’ away from each other, limit touching of items, and to avoid the area if they are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19

You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, WCC staff, WCC Market vendors, and WCC Market attendees.
