In 2013, Paulina Nassar, Nick Sarno, and Sergio Traverso began WEST COAST CRAFT to create a space for the artists and designers they thought were underrepresented in other craft shows: people creating works that blurred the line between fine crafts and high art, and who were engaged with their communities and embodied the cool but sunny, laid back yet innovative mood of the West Coast.
WEST COAST CRAFT hopes to give these artist and designer craftspeople a place to shine and provide a launchpad for young, exciting brands. Featuring 275+ carefully selected vendors inspired by the cultural and natural histories of the West Coast, and attended by over 100,000 people annually, WCC is the premiere craft and design show in the country.





WEST COAST CRAFT attendees are young, style and design conscious, and care about beautiful, well made, ethically produced products. WCC’s vendors are trendsetters, have strong social media followings, and are among the best of those working in their respective fields.

WCC is a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring showcase of the very best of the West Coast, and the amazing partners who make it possible.

PINTEREST built their Inspiration Point, an area for attendees to hang out and create their own holiday cards, in addition to furnishing the Vendor Lounge and creating a vendor newspaper.


PAYPAL provided holiday shopping lists and free tote bags, all accessible at the Information Booth.


Squarespace Row featured WCC vendors who are SQUARESPACE users, and an interactive studio where attendees could learn more about building a beautiful website.


DOSIST brought their educational shipping container where attendees could learn about their products and receive a promotional coupon and free tote bag.


BAGGU created a neighborhood corner store to promote their limited edition Super Baggu.


LORENZA served rosé to show attendees and at a private after party Saturday night attended by WCC vendors, partners, and other special guests.


CONVERSE supplied each WCC vendor with a pair of All Star High Tops to customize. The sneakers were displayed at the show and were available for purchase with all proceeds going to Youth Arts Exchange, an SF-based nonprofit.


ADOBE has generously supported West Coast Craft’s scholarship program by underwriting booth fees and by providing one-year Creative Cloud licenses to all scholarship recipients, while at the same time providing unique professional opportunities exclusive to WCC vendors.


DIAMOND OF CALIFORNIA hosted a complementary chia pudding and nut bar for both attendees and vendors.


CAMPARI partnered with The Bon Vivants to pour cocktails using Campari brands during show hours. At the after party, Campari provided custom cocktails to guests.


REVIVE KOMBUCHA served kombucha to show attendees and provided drinks for the VIP Lounge all weekend long. 


ZOLA built their Zola Post and Photo Station where attendees could write and send a postcard to a loved one.


WILD CHILD created an interactive art installation for kids in the Mezzanine.


CORA did a bathroom takeover and provided complimentary feminine products for attendees.


JUST EGG hosted cooking demos and provided samples for attendees.




Areas of Interest



The WCC FOOD COURT is an open air food and seating area offering everything from full meals and delicious treats to tea and coffee.

All 25k of our attendees pass through the Food Court, and guests generally spend an hour or so eating, drinking, or just relaxing with their families at the picnic tables.


The WCC VENDOR LOUNGE is a quiet space away from the crowds where vendors can rest and recharge, as well as conduct interviews or meet with potential clients.
 
Almost every vendor will visit the Vendor Lounge, making it a unique opportunity to engage with our community in an intimate setting.


West Coast Craft is attended by thousands of families, and we created the WCC KIDS & FAMILY LOUNGE so parents can take a break from shopping and kids can let loose with crafts, activities, and other fun ways to explore.


On Saturday night after the attendees have left, we invite all vendors, partners, and VIPs to join us for a private AFTER PARTY with free food and drinks. 

It’s an amazing way to wind down after a busy day, a place for vendors to connect with their peers, partners to connect with vendors, and for the whole community to gather together.
