The Summer ‘25 show takes place indoors in the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco, on Saturday and Sunday, June 7 & 8, 2025, from 10am - 6pm each day.

• 10’x10’ booths are $925
• Shared 10’x10’ booths are $525 per vendor*
• 6’x10’ booths are $625**
• Shared 6’x10’ booths are $375 per vendor
• Outside food vendor spaces are $675
If accepted, you will be sent an email with a link to pay for your booth fee. Payment is required within 48 hours of your acceptance. If WCC does not receive payment within 48 hours, your spot will be passed on to the next applicant.
*WCC does not pair vendors.
**6’x10’ booths are 10’ wide and 6’ deep. -
The booth fee includes a piped and draped space and WiFi. Tables, chairs, and rolling racks can be rented for an additional fee.

Yes, there is a $25 non-refundable application fee due when submitting your application. Applications submitted without an application fee will not be considered.

You will hear the status of your application about one month of applying.

Yes, all vendors must reapply. In order to keep WCC diverse and a source of new designers and craftspeople, WCC seeks to maintain a balance between veteran vendors and new vendors looking to participate.

Yes, you may share a booth with one other vendor. Both applicants must apply at the same time in order for either application to be considered. The two applications are juried as a whole, and the results of the jurying will be the same for both vendors.

The WCC jury considers many things when discussing applications: technique, skill level, use of material, branding, website design, and price point. The jury seeks work that blurs the line between fine art and craft, traditional and modern design, and reflects larger trends while exploring new ideas. WCC looks for ethical practices in every stage of the design and production of all work, and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive roster of vendors.

No, WCC accepts vendors whose work exemplifies the ethos of the West Coast regardless of where they are from.

The WCC Scholarship Program awards four 6’x10’ booths to emerging designers and artists, with two of the booths reserved for applicants of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds.
Requirements for applying for a WCC Scholarship booth:
• You have not taken part in a craft or design show with 50+ vendors
• Two to three sentences describing why you and your work should be selectedRequirements for applying for a WCC Diversity Scholarship booth:
• Identifying as a person with a diverse racial or ethnic background
• Two to three sentences describing why you and your work should be selectedYou can only apply for a regular booth or a scholarship booth, but not both. If you apply for both, neither application will be considered, and scholarship applicants will not be considered for a regular booth if not accepted.
Scholarship applicants are only responsible for the non-refundable $25 application fee, and should they be accepted, for any additional rental charges (e.g., tables, chairs).

We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation via trusted public health sources including the Centers for Disease Control, the California Department of Public Health, and the San Francisco Department of Public Health. WCC’s best practices and guidelines will evolve with any and all new or changing information. Please read our COVID-19 disclaimer below before attending West Coast Craft.
Vendors are asked to:

• Stay home if they are sick or are exhibiting any symptom associated with COVID-19The WCC team will:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID–19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID–19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By participating in West Coast Craft, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID–19. You further acknowledge that WCC can not guarantee that you will not become infected with the COVID-19. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, WCC staff, WCC vendors, and WCC attendees. -
WCC takes place inside the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center, a ground-level venue with a dedicated wheelchair-accessible elevator servicing the mezzanine. There are two accessible parking spaces near the entrance of the venue.
